BS 5837 Tree surveys and Reports
It is a requirement of the planning system that a tree survey and report is submitted as part of the planning application if trees are present on, or near any site planned for development. This survey and assessment should comply with BS5837 (2012) Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction - Recommendations. We Provide a full survey and inspection service from initial topographic survey through to submitted report. Our principal consultant is a former Local Authority Tree Officer and has extensive knowledge of the requirements needed for a successful application.
TPO's & Conservation Area's
We offer the best advice regarding work to trees protected by Tree Preservation Orders (TPO's) or within Conservation Areas.
We act as your agent, making applications and can carry out the works should you require.
We can make appeals on your behalf to the planning inspectorate for any application you may have had refused.
